Objective
As Tality expanded across British Columbia, word-of-mouth alone could no longer fill capacity. The brand needed a scalable, profitable acquisition channel to consistently fill community, private, and event sessions while educating cold audiences on the "social wellness" concept and protecting a low cost per booking.
Strategy
Bilō Media Group built a full-funnel Meta program tailored to Tality's social, community-first identity:
Health-conscious audience segmentation across young professionals and fitness enthusiasts in Greater Vancouver, supported by lookalikes built from existing members.
Atmosphere-led video creative showcasing the saunas, cold plunges, and contrast-therapy ritual - generating over 43,000 30-second video views.
Low-friction conversion paths optimized for single-session bookings and intro passes, routed to streamlined landing pages.
Outcome
The campaigns turned paid social into a highly profitable booking engine, driving massive local awareness while acquiring customers at an exceptionally low cost.
ROAS / ROI
A 10.01x purchase ROAS across 621 tracked purchases, acquired at just CA$9.85 each off CA$6,117 in total ad spend.
Highlights
Black Friday blowout. The winter 2025 Black Friday holiday push was the standout of the year, delivering a ~32x ROAS on the top-performing sale campaign. The paired gift-card promo scaled that efficiency even further - turning roughly CA$718 in spend into ~CA$22,100 in tracked revenue at ~31x ROAS. That's holiday performance more than 3x the account's already-strong 10.01x lifetime average.
